Terrain Parks

Your Playground

One of the beauties of our parks is the low-key attitude. Unlike the bigger terrain parks at other resorts, our two parks provide a great place to start and another to explore once your skills have become more advanced. Beginners can start out in Tilt that has smaller features that are closer to the ground. More advanced riders can then progress to the Steel City where skiers and riders have plenty of larger options to choose from. The terrain parks include fun-boxes, rails, hips, and hits.

Steel City

Steel City Terrain Park is located off of Breezeway lift along the run Ramble On. It’s an awesome park filled with boxes, rails, larger jumps, and natural features. This park is recommended only for those with previous terrain park experience and who are comfortable on features several feet off the ground.

Tilt

The Tilt Terrain Park, located just below the base of the Panorama lift, is geared towards the beginner to intermediate skier and snowboarder. Low boxes, rails, and jumps are perfect for those who have never tried tricks or those who want to increase their skills in a fun environment.

Ricochet Terrain Park

Ricochet Terrain Park is located between Drifter and North Forty. This park brings back a Monarch classic with medium and large features that change with snow conditions. Thanks to its north-facing slope, Ricochet holds snow well, opens earlier, and offers consistent laps without frequent wind holds. It’s designed for skiers and riders who are ready to step up to bigger features.
