Although we have seen a big warm up and shrinking snow depths, the Mountain still has a fair amount of snow. We have had some cooler overnight temperatures lately which slowed down the melting process.

Our maintenance crews have been getting back to work. Slope Maintenance has plowed out some of our summer roads around the base area and up to the bottom of Panorama. Drains and culverts have been exposed so that we can manage runoff.

Our lift maintenance crews are beginning their summer projects and base area/property maintenance work has begun as well. Vehicle maintenance has started the summer diagnostics and repairs on our fleet. We will also be bringing on some sawyers next month to continue our cleanup on the mountain. All departments have added protocols to ensure social distancing and cleanliness as we navigate the new normal.
