I got out to Mirkwood this week to check out how things were filling in after our initial avalanche mitigation work. The start zones are beginning to fill back in with the recent westerly winds find more information. There are still some thin spots in Mirk Bowl and Orcs, but it’s starting to come together. We are planning additional routes, disruption rolling, and ski-packing this week.
