The Lift Operations crew wrapped up their pre-season training just in time for opening day. We have several returning staff members along with some new faces. Their training covered an overview of the lift machinery and controls, State and Federal regulations, ramp and maze maintenance guidelines, ticket scanning, lift evacuation, guest service, departmental/company policies, leadership and situational awareness. We feel that we have some of the most friendly lift operations staff in all of Colorado. Be sure to say hello to them as they scan your tickets/passes and bump your chair all season long!
