Two of my favorite things. Mirkwood opened today. It was a mellow opening on a Thursday with just a few of us to enjoy the hike & ski. Conditions were soft and buttery in the trees with a touch stiffer snow in the open bowls up top. We have a big storm on tap for the weekend and things will only get deeper over the next few days.
