The Monarch Ski and Ride School is a Certified Member School of the Professional Ski Instructors of America and the American Association of Snowboard Instructors.  Our methodology and teaching models are supported by decades of regional and national snow sports instructional development.

Monarch Mountain prides itself in guest satisfaction. Your friendly, knowledgeable instructor will work with you to develop a lesson plan that is based on your strengths and motivations.  Whether you are coming to the sport for the first time, refining technique or are looking for tactics to get into the bumps, the trees, the powder or your first double black run, Monarch’s Instructors will help you meet your goals.  Our methods are guest centered and strength and outcome based.

Monarch Ski and Ride School offers a variety of products that have been developed to meet your needs.  Group instruction is available, beginning at age seven, for the first time skier or snowboarder or those that have progressed to cruising comfortably on green terrain.  Private instruction can begin as early as age three and is available for any ability, terrain or condition in alpine, snowboard and telemark disciplines. 

Monarch Ski and Ride School also offers a variety of seasonal programs for kids and adults interested in multi-week instruction and camaraderie.  The Monarch Children’s Center offers several childcare options.  Some of the options include lessons and rentals and all options include food, snacks and fun.
