Come enjoy the Monarch experience as a member of its friendly and diverse staff.  We employ individuals in a variety of capacities; our departments include Lift Operations, Food & Beverage, Ticket Sales, Reservations, Group Sales, Ski & Ride School, Children’s Center, Property Maintenance, Rental Shop, Retail Sales, Lift Maintenance, Guest Services, Slope Maintenance, Vehicle Maintenance, and Ski Patrol. 
If you love the snow, have a great attitude, and would like to join our family, please download an application and send it in.  Our management team will begin looking to staff for the new season in Oct-Nov, hosting Monarch’s Annual Job Fair towards the end of October.  Positions may also become available throughout the year, and postings may be found in the Mountain Mail or at the Workforce Center.
