The Rental Shop Assistant Supervisor works closely with the Rental Shop Supervisor and Rental Shop Manager in the daily operations of processing and fulfilling ski/snowboard rentals purchased by guests while maintaining the equipment fleet as well as a high degree of customer service and satisfaction. Candidate must have been previously certified by binding companies, be experienced in all ski and snowboard binding mounting, and have at least two years of rental shop experience.

Provides guest orientation for Sales Department guests, count out lift and lesson tickets to group leader and assist group through the rental shop. Responsible for ensuring all the details of the guest trip are accurate and complete. Keep Group Sales Manager apprised of group needs, issues, etc. May be required to assist in other areas of the Sales and Marketing Division. Will be required to work weekends and some holidays. Must have a positive and energetic attitude, good verbal communications skill, previous customer service experience, a professional appearance, and be dependable and punctual and at least 18 years old.

Ticket Sales Clerk: Performs lift ticket sales, and the accounting and reporting of those sales. Min. 18 yrs. of age; customer service and payment processing experience.
Season Pass Coordinator: Responsible for sales and issuance of season passes as well as customer service, phone, lost and found, clerical and data input duties as required. Min. 18 yrs. of age; customer service, computer, and payment processing experience.
Reservationist: Assists guests in defining, booking and payment of reservations for tickets, equipment rentals, childcare and lessons. Min. 18 yrs. of age; customer service, general office, payment processing, computer & phone experience.
Group Sales Host: Provides guest orientation and assistance for groups, and ensures that all details of the groups’ trips are addressed. Must be personable, customer service and detail oriented, and at least 18 years of age.
Lift Attendant: Advise, control, and assist the loading and unloading of passengers and equipment on and off lifts. Min. 18 yrs. of age and in good physical condition.
Ticket Scanner/Checker: Maintain guest approach to the lift through the maze, and ensure and check that everyone has a ticket/pass before loading. Min. 16 yrs. of age.
Lift Operator: Ensure assigned lift station staff and machinery are operating efficiently. Min. 18 yrs. of age; Lift Attendant experience.
Base Area Services
Guest Service Staff: Direct and assist guests; attend the parking lot; provide event assistance; snow removal for foot traffic…etc. Min. 19 yrs. of age; valid Co. driver's license; vehicle insurable; intermediate skier/snowboarder.
Ski & Ride School
Instructor: Deliver lessons as assigned ensuring the enjoyment of guest(s) at all times and in all weather conditions. Min. 16 yrs. of age; able to ski and/or board; have own equipment.
Instructor Apprentice: Aid Instructors with lessons, and perform other duties as directed. Min. 14 yrs. of age; able to ski and/or board; have own equipment.
Child Care Attendant: Ensure a clean, fun and creative children's environment; serve lunch; supervise activities; dress/undress children for outdoor activities; provide assistance in the bathroom; assist with check in/out process. Min. 18 yrs. of age; pediatric first aid; background check.
Food & Beverage
Server: Provide service to restaurant guests by taking and serving orders, processing payment, and ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction. Min. 21 yrs. of age; previous wait staff experience.
F&B Staff: Cook, food prep, stock, dishwasher, cashier, cleaning...etc. Min. 18 yrs of age.
Sales Clerk: Assist customers with questions and product selection, process payments, and assist in merchandise inventory, tagging and display. Min. 14 yrs. of age; computer & cash handling skills.
Technician: Properly fit guest in boots and poles, perform basic equipment tuning, process payments and maintain a clean and organized environment. Min. 18 yrs. of age; tool handling skills.
Building Custodian: Keep building interiors clean, orderly and well-stocked, direct guests as necessary. Min. 19 yrs. of age.
Terrain Park Groomer: Works with team to build, assess, open, close, and test features in the Terrain Parks. Graveyard shift. Must be highly safety conscience, able to ski/ride the terrain park, operate heavy equipment, be insurable and at least 18 yrs of age.
Vehicle Maintenance Mechanic: Maintain Monarch’s fleet of vehicles. Experience in heavy machine maintenance and repairs required. Knowledgeable in welding, electronic and electrical components; at least 21 years old, with a valid Colorado license and acceptable driving record.
