Monarch Community Outreach (MCO) is a Non-Profit Organization associated with Monarch Mountain and its employees that provides aid and service to our community.

We welcome and encourage the participation and generosity of all Monarch employees, as well as anyone in the community, so that we can provide aid and service to as many people as we can.

How Can You Help?

Donate to MCO.  Employees – see your supervisor for a Payroll Deduction Form.  Everyone else, send donations to MCO, #1 Powder Place, Monarch, CO  81227 or click the Donate button at the bottom of this page.  Keep in mind any donation is tax deductible since MCO is qualified as a 501c3 organization under the Internal Revenue Service code.

Become a Board Member. Being a member of the Board of Directors requires attending the monthly Board Meetings on a regular basis. If you are interested, please attend the next meeting and let us know you would like to be considered for Board Membership.

Throw some change into one of our donation boxes located throughout the lodge or treat yourself to sweets from one of our candy machines, or buy a raffle ticket.
