Position/Department: Ski and Ride School Manager/Ski and Ride School
Hours: Full-time, seasonal (mid-October to mid-April)

Supervise all operations within Monarch Ski and Ride School. Will manage and prepare a yearly budget, supervise and help develop all lesson and childcare programs, and delegate duties and responsibility to other staff. Responsible for adherance to all applicable state childcare codes and regulations and background check requirements. Two years of supervisory experience and current PSIA/AASI membership and Level III Certification is required (Level II candidates actively involved in the Level III Certification process may be considered). Must be at least 21 years of age.

Position/Department: Reservations Assistant Supervisor/Reservations
Hours: Full-time, seasonal (November to mid-April)

The Reservations Assistant Supervisor will work with sales staff and the Winter Reservations Manager to maintain the daily operations and improve Monarch reservations. Must be willing to familiarize oneself with current department software and work interdepartmentally. Must be able to perform cash, check, and credit card handling procedures, be proficient in phone sales techniques and have strong communication and customer service skills. Current PSIA/AASI membership and certification is required. Must be at least 21 years of age.

Position/Department: Mechanic/Vehicle Maintenance
Hours: Full-time, summer

Maintenance and repair of vehicles in Monarch’s fleet. Must have previous experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair, from front-end loaders to snowcats. Great communication skills and the ability to work safely and independently are a must. Valid CO Driver’s license with a good driving record is required. Must be at least 21 years old. This could turn into a year-round position; wages dependant on experience.
